Caroline Gallagher is the Director of Treasure of Life Foundation (TLF), a not for profit organization in Ghana, West Africa. TLF serves underprivileged and vulnerable children by offering them the life changing gift of education. Prior to TLF, Caroline worked at Lipscomb University in Nashville (TN) for six years as the Residence Director of Johnson Hall.
