Adventure Summary
Join us for the 2025 Fall Classic! With an adventure of this proportion a lot of planning has to go into it here at the last minute – flights, accommodations, ground transport to get you around the city and of course get you tickets to the game. With years of experience of organizing trips and taking fans to 6 of the past 8 World Series, our job is to make the magic happen so you don’t have to be concerned about the trip logistics.
Having taken nearly 6,000 fans to over 140 sporting events across the country since 2018, Simply A Fan is experienced and equipped for all your travel and game day logistics. You are buying more than just a ticket, you are purchasing an opportunity to have an incredible and memorable experience. By purchasing your package through us, you are also supporting our small family businesses.
Gauging Interest
Now that the matchup is set between the Dodgers and Blue Jays, we are taking a poll to see where the interest lies with our subscribers, followers and friends. Fill out the form to let us know which game(s) interests you and whether you want the full package or choose off the a la carte offering of options. Once we receive your form we will provide you a quote within 24 hours. We need a minimum of 6 people to make this happen. You can choose the full package or go the a la carte route.
Estimated Cost Breakdown
This budget is based on years worth of planning World Series trips. These are estimates only as prices could fluctuate between providing your quote and locking it in. You will be given a final price before you agree to purchase.
$750 – game ticket
$150 – hotel accommodations (double occupancy)
$110 – ground transportation (rental, gas, parking)
$295 – Simply A Fan planning your bucket list and being your tour guide on site
$TBD – airfare out of your city arranged at cost; no additional up charge
Also included in your package will be items shipped to you after the game – a commemorative game ticket and all the Topps Now cards released that are highlight the game.
Payment
You can pay via Venmo, credit or debit card. If you are a long-time follower of Simply A Fan and need to arrange a special payment plan, let’s discuss options.
Game Ticket
The game ticket is for a standard ticket that will get you in the park, most likely in the upper deck. It will be a seat, not a standing room only ticket. Upgrade options can be provided upon request and you will only be charged actual cost.
Flights
For Game 2 in Toronto, the most economical flights are into Buffalo and it will be a drive less than two hours across the border to Toronto. We would fly in on Saturday, fly out on Sunday. If you want to fly into Toronto, please notate that.
For Game 3 in Los Angeles, we will fly into LAX on Monday and fly out on Tuesday. If you would like to stay for Game 4 on Tuesday and Game 5 on Wednesday, please notate that in your comments.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodation are quoted for double occupancy. If traveling by yourself or more than 2, we can adjust the price accordingly. Toronto – We would stay on Saturday night at the Hampton Inn or Home2 Suites in Buffalo near the airport. Los Angeles – We would stay on Monday night at the Embassy Suites or Hampton Inn near LAX.
Ground Transportation
Mark Jent, chief trip planner, will be your driver and tour guide. Your ground transporation cost includes van rental, stadium parking, hotel parking and gas. Sharing fixed cost with others reduce your total cost.
