ADVENTURE SUMMARY
Join us for history as Major League Baseball plays the first regular season game ever in the state of Tennessee! MLB and NASCAR have collaborated to bring fans the Bristol Speedway Classic. As you can see in the rendering below, they are going to drop a baseball field in the middle of the track. With over 100,000 fans expected to be in attendance, it is set to break the all-time record for fans at a regular season MLB game! Whether you are a Braves fan, a Reds fan or just a baseball fan who wants to witness history, you will not want to miss this opportunity next summer.
The game is being organized as one of MLB’s special location games in line with Fort Bragg (2016), the London Series (2019-present), Field of Dreams (2021, 2022), Rickwood Field (2024) and more.
Simply A Fan has secured a group block of tickets for the game, a hotel block for accommodations and a charter bus for the drive from Nashville to Bristol. This will be a family-friendly adventure! We are making it as convenient for you as possible if you want to just show up and go and we take care of all the rest on this two day, overnight adventure. We are also offering a limited number of ticket only packages.

In an effort to give our fans a variety of options to choose from for viewing and budget purposes, we have secured a large block of group tickets in three different locations throughout Bristol Motor Speedway. Click here to view a virtual seating chart.

PRICING
With Simply A Fan, the price you see is the price you pay as there are no additional service fees or taxes! To secure your package at this time, all you need to pay is the cost of your game ticket.
Below you will find a breakdown of the individual ticket prices, charter bus transportation and hotel accommodations. The full package includes all three items. As mentioned above there are a few ticket only packages available. If you choose this option and provide your own transportation but want to take advantage of our hotel group block rate, you can purchase your room from Simply A Fan and indicate that at checkout.
Tickets
Each section has a limited number of tickets.

• The Allisons (light green by RF) – $379
If you have other parties joining you, please list their names on the registration form so I can sit you together once I lay out the seating chart closer to the event. If you are unsure, you can give me this information later.
Charter Bus Transportation
The charter bus is $110 per person. This convenience saves you from putting the miles on your vehicle, gas money, parking pass and allows you to enjoy fellowship with others without the hassle of driving or weaving through traffic!
We have a long standing relationship with Estes Bus Service, a family owned company out of Woodbury, TN. They have a great fleet of 55 passenger motor coaches.
The charter bus will leave Nashville early in the morning of Saturday, August 2nd. It is a 355 mile trip from Nashville to Bristol. We will make appropriate stops along the way for restroom breaks and meals. We will arrive at the Speedway on Saturday afternoon in plenty of time before the gates open. After the ballgame the bus will drive back to Morristown (75 miles) to the Hampton Inn & Suites. You’ll get to catch plenty of Zzzzz’s before we depart Sunday morning at approximately 10 a.m. with a 3 p.m. Nashville eta.
Hotel Accommodations
The hotels rooms are $199 each. We will be staying the night at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Morristown. This is located 75 miles west of Bristol going back towards Nashville. We have a group block with both king beds and 2 queens beds. You can make your selection accordingly upon checkout. You are allowed up to 4 people per room.
Parking Passes
If you choose the single ticket package, we do have a few parking passes available in both the north and south lot. Please contact me to secure yours.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE
We know that finances might be tight after the holidays, therefore we are offering flexible payment options if you are purchasing the full package. In order to secure your package, you pay for the game ticket portion of your package up front, then you will then be invoiced for the balance of the hotel and ground transportation. At checkout you will be given the option to choose when you want your invoice due between January 15th and May 1st.
