ADVENTURE SUMMARY
Join Simply A Fan on this five night, six day adventure as the baseball world comes together to celebrate the games’s best and brightest on the biggest stage! The 92nd MLB All-Star Game and all the festivities surrounding it will take place at Dodger Stadium for first time since 1980.

Highlights include a Friday night Dodgers-Angels game in Anaheim, Saturday’s MLB Future’s Game and All-Star Celebrity Softball Game both at Dodger Stadium, the Homerun Derby on Monday night, the All-Star Game on Tuesday night and SO MUCH MORE!

Below you will find the entire trip schedule that is included in this trip package, but please know upfront that you don’t have to buy the entire trip package to be part of this Simply A Fan adventure! Spots for this adventure are extremely limited to the first 10 people who register and pay. Keep scrolling for trip schedule, package cost details and more. Although Simply A Fan is based out of Nashville (TN), we have parties join us from all over the country!

TRIP SCHEDULE
Below is the itinerary for this MLB All-Star Game adventure July 15th-20th.

Friday, July 15th
1pm – arrive LAX by 1pm (if possible)
– get rental vans, check-in hotel
3pm – depart for Anaheim
5:05 – Angel Stadium, gates open
6:35 – Dodgers at Angels, Angel Stadium

Saturday, July 16th
10am – MLB Play Ball Park, LA Convention Center
4pm – All-Star Futures Game, Dodger Stadium
7:15 – MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game, Dodger Stadium

Sunday, July 17th
there are multiple awesome options to choose from on Sunday!
10am-8pm – MLB Play Ball Park, LA Convention Center
11am-4pm – Burbank Sports Cards (world’s largest card shop)
11am-7pm – MLB All-Star Oceanfront, Santa Monica Pier
TBD – MLB Draft Day 1, LA Live & Xbox Plaza

Monday, July 18th
10am-6pm – MLB Play Ball Park, LA Convention Center
11am – MLB All-Star Workout Day Gates Open, Dodger Stadium
5pm – MLB Home Run Derby, Dodger Stadium

Tuesday, July 19th
10am-6pm – MLB Play Ball Park, LA Convention Center
11am-12:30 All-Star Red Carpet Show, LA Live & Xbox Plaza

SEATS
Since MLB sold the events in ticket strips for All-Star Week and Simply A Fan purchased them directly from MLB, our seats are the same for all the events on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday at Dodger Stadium. They are in the Preferred Reserve sections: 60 RS and 56 RS (right field upper deck) by the foul pole, click here to view: Dodger Stadium Seating Map.

FLIGHTS
You can arrange for your own flight into Los Angeles (and subtract the costs) or Simply A Fan can arrange them with us from Nashville or wherever you are flying from. The goal will be to have Friday flights arrive around within the same timeframe (1pm or earlier) so that we can then go from LAX to the hotel together. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Our hotel accommodations are at the Hampton Inn & Suites LA Burbank Airport. We are 12 miles from Dodger Stadium and 17 miles from the LA Convention Center. Reasons for this hotel choice is because of exceptional ratings and significantly less than hotels closer to downtown / Dodger Stadium. The following rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis:

2 Queen Beds Studio, no sofa bed (qty. 2)
2 Queen Beds (qty. 3)
1 King Bed Studio, with sofa bed (qty. 1)
1 King Bed (qty. 1)

If you are not traveling with someone but would like to share accommodations to save cost, please let me know and I will try to arrange. Hotel accommodations can also be arranged for any variable of nights July 15-20 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
We have 2 mini-vans rented for the duration of our trip (preference is 5 people max per van). Included in this cost is the van rental, gas, parking fees, etc… My goal is to provide you as much transportation as possible. Exceptions might include:
– airport transport depending on your arrival and departure time
– any diversions from the group schedule


FULL PACKAGE COST
The full package is $3,175 for everything mentioned above with double occupancy hotel accommodations. Price will vary +/- for single, triple or quadruple occupancy. If you take care if your own airfare, that will reduce your full package price to $2,650.

Full package pricing is based on current average price of flights from Nashville (our base city) to Los Angeles. If Simply A Fan is purchasing your flights, your final full package price will be dependent on airfare at time of purchase, which will only be done so with your prior approval.

PARTIAL PACKAGE COSTS
Partial packages are also available for less nights/day, events, etc…Look at the trip schedule and just tell me what you’d like to do and I will gladly adjust the price accordingly and send you a trip quote! Once you register for the trip and we’ve agreed to your trip arrangements, you will be invoiced for your trip total via my Square payment portal where you can securely pay by debit or credit card.

To secure your spot you need to complete three steps.
(1) Contact. Send an email or text to Mark Jent to ensure that there is still availability for the full or partial package you would like to purchase. (contact info is above or below)
(2) Register. Once you’ve secured your spot with Mark, click here or on the red Register button at the top of this page to complete your trip registration.
(3) Invoice. After you register you will be invoiced for payment via Simply A Fan’s Square payment system.
