This is a five day, four night trip takes us to the heart of Major League Baseball midseason classic!  You will be right in the middle of the action with the MLB Play Ball Park experience (fanfest), the Future’s Game full of prospects, the Celebrity Softball Game which is sure to be full of Hollywood Stars, the epic Home Run Derby and concludes with the All-Star Game itself. The full package includes all of the previously mentioned events or you can choose “a la carte” off the events menu or shave a day or two off the trip if you can’t make it for the entire five day trip. 

The MLB Play Ball Park Experience event that includes opportunities to hear and meet MLB legends through Q&A, Autograph Sessions, Diamond Clinics, Photo Ops and so much more.

Airfare is based on $325 roundtrip, a solid estimate if bought far enough in advance. Higher airfare cost will be passed on at sticker price rate. If you do not want five days / four nights and would like to save money by cutting days off the trip, your costs will be adjusted accordingly by subtracting that night(s) hotel costs and any events you miss out on. If you’d like to attend either the HR Derby or All-Star Game, not both, the package cost can be adjusted accordingly. Inquire within for adjusted trip cost if you require single, triple or quadruple occupancy rate. See FAQs below if you would like to use airfare or hotel rewards, your trip cost can be adjusted accordingly. 

To secure your spot between July and December 2019 all you need to do is register; no deposit required. You will be invoiced in January for a $350 deposit. Beginning in Jan 2020, a $350 deposit will be required for all registrations to secure your spot. Balance due 60 days in advance. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. What is Simply A Fan?
Simply A Fan is a Nashville-based sports travel and adventure company that organizes baseball trips to ballparks across the country, while also providing a platform for baseball fans everywhere to share their personal baseball stories.

Beginning with Spring Training in Arizona and culminating with the World Series in Boston,  Simply A Fan took over 130 people on 11 baseball trips to 11 MLB ballparks to see 21 games during its 2018 inaugural season. When will we know if the trip is confirmed?
You will be updated along throughout the process on confirmations. As soon as we hit the minimum five people, the trip will be confirmed and you will be informed and invoiced accordingly. 

Are meals included in this package?
No meals are included in the package options above.

If I have hotel points / rewards for the hotel we are staying at, can I save money and my trip cost be adjusted?
Yes, we will gladly accommodate if able. You will be responsible for booking your own reward travel. If staying at our accommodations, that would be great, but if staying elsewhere, you will likely be for your own ground transportation to and from events. Inquire within for specifics budget adjustment. 

If I have airline points / rewards for the flight, can I save money and my trip cost be adjusted?
Yes! You will be responsible for booking your own reward travel and your trip cost will be adjusted accordingly. Inquire within for specifics budget adjustment.

Mark, I have tried registering a few times for the all star week event and keep getting an error. Please let me know what I can do to get registered. My father also tried to register and also go an error.

Hey Kevin! Sorry about that, not sure why that would be. I just went in and did it myself and it seemed to work okay. Had another guy register recently and his came through as well. Sometimes “cookies” could be preventing it from your computer. Maybe either try to clear the cookies, or try from a different computer, tablet or your phone.
