Simply A Fan kicked off the 2019 season in Cincinnati with the team who’s Opening Day festivities and traditions run deep and bleed red! This two day, over night trip’s first stop was at the Louisville Slugger Museum for a tour of the bat factory on Wednesday. On Thursday morning we went to the 100th Annual Findlay Market Parade where MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred was Grand Marshal followed by three hours worth of floats, bands that commemorated the kick-off to the Redlegs 150th Anniversary Season.

Red legend Eric Davis threw out the ceremonial first pitch and the Reds had a comeback 5-3 victory over the Pirates.
